Anxiety girls adopt earless cats. Cats help overcome mental illness

A hairy child is not just a pet, but is more likely to change someone's life because of his appearance. Molly (2}

Lichtenwalner), a 24-year-old girl with anxiety, found Otitis in the shelter. She learned that the cat was defective and had no one adopted it, so she took Otitis home. As a result, Ortis would come to comfort her when she had an anxiety attack, help her overcome her mental illness and save her.

The white cat Ortis had lived in another owner's house for many years, but because of a cyst growing in his ear, the family could not afford the huge cost of the surgery, so they had to take Ortis to the Baltimore cat rescue agency. After the agency raised funds online, it successfully performed the operation on Ortis. However, in order to save his life, the cat's ears had to be removed and became an "earless cat."

Otis has no ears and no one has adopted him.

Because Ortis had no ears and was already 9 years old at the time, it was very difficult to find a new owner. Fortunately, she met Jasmine. She had many experiences in raising and caring for disabled animals in the past. For example, she grew up with a sheepdog that she could not hear from her ears. She believed that taking care of these pets in particular was her mission. "When I saw Ortis, I knew that it was a perfect pet to me, and I knew that I could give her family and care."

Otis was deaf because his ear was removed, but Jasmine mentioned that this earless cat was not affected at all and was still very playful. She ran and jumped all day long, especially now that the disease on her ear has been cured, she is more energetic than before, and she is very relative. "He likes to diamond on my bed or lie on my chest and meow all night. It's really cute and likable." And because he has no ears and a white hair, Ortis looks like a seal from the front, with a terrible cuteness.

Otis likes to lie on Jasmine's chest and act coquettishly.

Many people think that Jasmine saved the abandoned cat, but Jasmine feels that she is the one who was saved. Jasmine had a serious car accident before and was suffering from anxiety. Since she grew up on the farm, she decided to adopt a pet to help her recover. At this time, Ortis appeared. She mentioned that Ortis was a very understanding cat, helping her through difficult mental disorders.

One night, Jasmine had a nightmare and woke up in bed. Her heartbeats very, very fast. Ortis was originally sleeping beside her pillow. "He got up and climbed down the pillow and diamonded on my chest. He didn't do anything in particular, but just continued to sleep. I held it until my heart returned to normal beating, and he crawled back to the pillow to sleep." Jasmine mentioned that Ortis could actually feel his emotions, and this was really amazing.

Marlly posted Ortis' interactive PO on Facebook and IG, and also encouraged more people to help animals in need. Ortis's usual cool face and white hair, coupled with his special look without ears, attracted more than 60,000 people to follow him. Jaslly said that Ortis' appearance was the best thing she had ever had in her life.

Otis still looks cool even if he doesn't have ears.
