Romano wrote: "Naples has formally submitted a new offer to Bologna, with a fixed transfer fee of 26 million euros, plus a floating clause of 5 million euros to introduce Endoye."
"Nottingham Forest has previously proposed a 30 million euro offer after reaching a personal agreement with Endoye, and is still in competition."
