Mourinho will enter his second season in coaching Fenerbahce, and the last time he coached in the Premier League was Tottenham in 2019-21. Manchester United legend Lee Sharp said in an interview that he believes Mourinho is still willing to return to the Premier League.

Sharp said: "I can completely imagine him coming back. I think Mourinho is happy to go back to the Premier League. He loves English football, I think his feelings are in the Premier League, but will he return to Chelsea?

" It's a huge club, I remember Mourinho said he wanted to go to a club that was slightly lower in the league, and his work and challenges were very different from the past. Maybe he would not participate in the league championship anymore, but instead help a team improve their points ranking and qualify for the Champions League.

"I think Leeds United will be a team that is worth looking forward to. Of course, I don't want to let Falk lose his job, nor do I want him to bear more pressure than he is now. But if Mourinho coaches, then Leeds United will become a very charming team because the club is a bit rebellious in how things work, and Mourinho will like it.

"Fans will support him, and he will build a very close relationship with the fans. Leeds United would be a great place for Mourinho, and it would be great if he could. ”
