Fresh box + microwave oven to make no burden ice cream

Although I really want to enjoy ice cream every day, if you eat commercially available ice cream full of fresh cream every day, it is worrying about hot and super-cost. "If there is ice cream in this world that you can eat safely every day, that would be great!" From this idea, the author has developed a simple homemade ice cream dish that is not only unnecessarily healthy, but also requires only a general insulated box and microwave to make it easily.

●Matcha Ice MACCHA ICE CREAM

Ingredients (3 to 4 servings): 300ml of milk, 2 egg yellow, 60g of beet sugar, 5g of matcha powder (1 tablespoon)

Method:

1. Add beet sugar and matcha powder to the insulated box, mix thoroughly and add chicken eggs and mix evenly.

2. Pour the milk slowly into 1 in batches and stir until it is homogeneously emulsified. Put the insulated box cover on the box cover, put the microwave in a microwave and heat it for 1 minute. After taking it out, stir it evenly in an egg whisk. Heat it over time for 10 seconds, take it out and stir evenly, repeat this action until the raw material liquid becomes slightly thick.

3. Filter 2 into another insulated box with filter network and immerse them in an ice water basin to reduce the temperature and cool down.

4. Put 3 bunches into the box and put them in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours. After the raw material liquid is initially solidified, take them out of the refrigeration tank and crush the entire body with a spoon. Repeat this step 2 to 3 times, and the ice cream chiller is completed.

●Papaya Ice Cream PAPAYA ICE CREAM

Ingredients (3~4 servings):

100ml of soy milk, tender tofu (no water is required, just wipe it dry with a kitchen towel) 50g, Taibai sesame oil (or black rice oil) 30ml (2 tablespoons), 60g beet sugar, 4g corn flour, 200g papaya, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Ingredients A: 80g papaya, 15g beet sugar, vanilla Beans (it is also possible to use a little vanilla oil instead) a small amount

1. Peel and remove the seeds of A, cut into square diced 1-2cm long, add the remaining A ingredients to the insulated box (seal the vanilla beans into two petals, take out the middle vanilla seeds, add both the beans and the vanilla seeds), mix evenly, put the box on, put the microwave and heat for 1 minute, take out the insulated box, and stir carefully and stir evenly. Continue to heat and stir evenly until the beet sugar has completely dissolved. Remove the vanilla beans and let cool.

2. Take another fresh box, add beet sugar and corn flour, mix evenly, then add tender tofu, crush it in an egg whisk and stir until densely slurry.

3. Add soy milk, Taibai sesame oil (or black rice oil) to 2 and mix thoroughly.

4. Put the 3 bales on the box, put the microwave in the heat for 1 minute, take out the insulated box, and stir evenly with the egg whisk. Then heat it up for 10 seconds, take it out and stir evenly, repeat this action several times until the beet sugar is completely dissolved.

5. Soak 4 in an ice water basin to cool down and then add the papaya puree and lemon juice that was crushed with a fork, and mix thoroughly.

6. Put 5 bunches into the box and put them in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours. After the raw material liquid is initially solidified, take it out of the refrigeration tank and crush the entire body with a spoon. Repeat this step 2 to 3 times, and the ice cream chiller is completed.

7. Finally add 1 and mix evenly.

●Chocolate Banana Ice Cream CHOCOLATE BANANA ICE CREAM

Ingredients (2~3 servings): 1 and 1/2 ripe banana (150g), 70ml of soy milk, 6g sugar-free cocoa powder (1 tablespoon), 1 tablespoon of Taibai sesame oil or black rice oil, 1 and 2/3 tablespoon of sugar-flavored

Method:

1. Put the banana and cocoa powder in the incubator box, crush the banana with a fork and mix it evenly.

2. Add soy milk, Taibai sesame oil (or black rice oil), and sugar stew, and mix carefully and mix well.

3. Put 2 bunches into the box and put them in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours. After the raw material liquid is initially solidified, take them out of the refrigeration tank and crush the entire body with a spoon. Repeat this step 2 to 3 times, and the ice cream chiller is completed.

No special utensils are required

Just put the ingredients in the insulated box, mix and mix, and then heat it with microwave.

Do not use sugar

to add sweet taste with beet sugar, honey or sauce. The heat of these natural sweeteners is not low, but they are generally considered to have a higher nutritional value than white sugar.
