German media reported that NVIDIA Executive Director Huang Rensheng became the new affair of US President Trump. Not only did he successfully say that the Chinese government approved the NVIDIA H20 chip to resume exports to China, but he could also maintain his reputation in the liberal-led Silicon Valley. This ability to maintain influence in the separatist political atmosphere has made Huang Rensheng a small number of technology leaders who can take all of them.

The German important media report (Handelsblatt) recently published an analysis by Scottish journalist Philipp Alvares de Souza Soares in the "Trump Observation" column. The article took the topic of "the president's new CEO" and described the recent peak between Donald Trump and Huang Rensha.

Soyarez pointed out that Huang Renshan, an engineer who had been respectful to politics in the past, has transformed into a technological representative who can play a key influence in White House. He is even described as a "Trump-Flüsterer". He has surpassed Tim Cook, the Apple executive who has played a similar role in the past for a long time.

Trump visited Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia in May this year, and publicly stated in a speech, "Thank you, Jensen (English name of Huang Rensheng), Tim Cook is not here, but you are here!" He also praised the United States where Huang Rensheng is present, which is proud, and Huang Rensheng is his friend.

Soyarez analyzed that Huang Renshi, who had lacked political interest in the past, has been particularly positive in his interactions with Trump, and his rise in the political circle in the Chinese government surprised many people in Silicon Valley.

A few days ago, the two of them not only wished NVIDIA's market value exceeded US$4 trillion. Trump also issued a document on his social network platform "Truth Social" to emphasize that "NVIDIA's share price has increased by 47% since the implementation of taxes on China", and regards NVIDIA's performance as a symbol of its economic performance.

Soyarez believes that the most important victory for Huang Rensha in the near future is the successful visit to the government approved the recovery of NVIDIAH20 chip exports to China. The ban originally banned NVIDIA from exporting AI chips to China, and Huang Ren continued to explain it to Trump, which would only strengthen the US competition for China, especially China.

Huang Renshi also convinced Trump's "AI Tsar" and former technology investor David Sacks, who supported his viewpoint, and finally obtained Trump's consent during the White Palace visit in early July. Industry estimates that the lifting of the ban will result in an additional $8 billion in NVIDIA every year.

At the same time, Apple executive Kuk is increasingly losing money. Kuke, who was regarded as being on the White House in the past, has now been publicly criticized by Trump, indicating that the blocks of Silicon Valley's high-level influence in White House are moving.

Logically speaking, in the liberal-led Silicon Valley, corporate leaders who have close ties with Trump often cause disgust. Soyarez pointed out that Huang Renbao is an exception.

Although he clearly takes NVIDIA's interests as the first priority, and is even regarded as an "opportunist", Huang Renyi uses his engineer's character and rational convincing strategy to build trust in the Trump administration, and at the same time maintains his positive image in the technology industry.

In contrast, Meta executive Mark Zuckerberg once tried to deliberately narrow the distance from Trump, but failed to win Trump's youth, which made people doubt his sincerity.

The column believes that this ability to maintain influence in the separatist political atmosphere has made Huang Rensheng a small number of technology leaders between the Huagong and the Silicon Valley that can be "taken both sides".
