
MKS Inc. is a global technology supplier dedicated to transforming the world. On May 7 this year, it announced the establishment of a factory area in the Suvannabuya Industrial Park, Thailand to build an advanced ATO Technology Chemical Manufacturing Factory and Technology Center.
MKS demonstrates its determination to grow and deepen cooperation with customers in this strategic investment, and will provide professional knowledge of localization, accelerate technological progress in the entire region, and actively invest in new factories to support the development of Thai printed circuit board (PCB) industry.

Ato Technology Chemical Manufacturing Factory and Technology Center covers an area of about 35,400 square meters and is only 30 minutes away from Bangkok International Airport. The factory area is expected to include: a chemical manufacturing area dedicated to surface treatment and electromechanical pellets, which is used in electronics, automobiles and other industries; equipped with cutting-edge electronics and universal metal surface treatment electromechanical equipment, and equipped with innovative equipment Laser machine used; a laboratory covering analysis, quality control and materials science to help customers expand and ensure high standards and continuous innovation; including repairs, spare parts, and tailor-made for installed equipment in the area IIoT and software solutions have comprehensive technical service capabilities; a modern main building can effectively support administrative and operational needs.
The new factory will focus on promoting innovation and excellent operation, mainly producing chemicals for processing, and providing customer services and applications for advanced electronics and industrial markets. The factory has an annual capacity of 18,500 tons, with a total investment of more than US$40 million (about NT$1.2 billion), and is expected to start operations in the second half of 2027.
