Don t try taking supplements to get elongin! Why do experts say this?

Reader Kathy used this website's contact with me on September 19, 2024 to ask:

I would like to ask Professor Lin. Professor Pu Yongxiao from National Taiwan University is a authority in protecting adenocarcinoma in China. This drug manufacturer is also conducting the development of the drug for solanin. I would like to teach Professor Lin whether there is a new progress in this research abroad? Thank you.

I clicked the link sent by Kathy and saw an article published on the website of a health care product company in 2007. The title is "Human Red Protection War — Tomato and Eggplant Red" and the author is Pu Yongxiao, Director of the Urology Department of Taiwan University Hospital.

This article introduces "L-O-M® Multiple Eggs" (simply called "Multi Eggs"), which says that it has these functions: (1) Maintenance of male gland health, (2) Prevention of adenocarcinoma, (3) Prevention of cardiovascular disease, (4) Maintenance of women's health.

Since searching medical literature requires English, I spent a while to search for an article published on "Taiwan Produce News Network" on 2006-12-15, NTU clinical trial pointed out that Multi-Carotenoids can improve urination?

The title of this article shows that "Multi-egg omelet" is Multi-Carotenoids in English, and the content of the article also shows that "NTU Clinical Trial" is the research of his team mentioned by Director Pu Yongxiao in the article. However, Multi-Carotenoids literally means "multi-category saccharide", so "multi-category" is obviously a business term created to facilitate marketing.

I published 2019-6-5, 2019. It is said that "Classic saccharin" is a group of nutrients with similar chemical structures, including saccharin, saccharin, saccharin, corn yellow, and β-Classic saccharin. In addition to similar chemical structures, these nutrients also have two common characteristics: (1) orange color, (2) antioxidant effects.

In fact, there are more than 600 known "Classicola" and include lycopene. Please see why tomatoes need to be cooked, and watermelon does not need to be cooked. "Multiple Eggplant Element" is actually a health product with red eggplant as the main ingredient, and this is why the term used in the title of Director Pu Yongxiao's article is "multiple Eggplant" rather than "multiple Eggplant Eggplant Eggplant".

Director Pu Yongxiao said, "This study is the first time that multiple eggplant elements can improve the urination function caused by hypertrophy of men." However, I can't find research papers he's ever done with Multi-Carotenoids or lycopene in the public medical library PubMed.

In fact, readers can deduce the same answer without searching the article. If it is really "certified", then why did urology doctors (including Director Pu?) continue to establish prescription drugs with adverse side effects for patients with hypertrophy in 2017?

Director Pu Yongxiao also said, "Because the content of ebonycin that can be obtained in daily diet is generally insufficient, the American Cancer Society even suggests that ebonycin can be supplemented with the type of soft capsule."

First, the medical community has never established a normal amount of elongate intake, so of course it is impossible to judge whether "suffice or insufficient". (Note: Despite the lack of clinical certificate, the most common thing I see is that it is recommended to take 10 mg from food every day)

Again, I couldn't find any suggestion "Can be replenished with a type of soft capsule" on the website of the American Cancer Association.

In fact, the regular medical institutions I have seen all recommend that we take elongate from food. For example, Harvard University said: "Eggrin is actually easier to obtain than you think, especially because it exists in foods other than tomatoes. Nutrition professor Edward Giovannucci also warned not to try taking supplements to get eggrin." (Note: Harvard's article lists foods rich in tomatoes, such as a small can of tomatoes or fresh watermelons that require more than a day's recommended 10 mg of feeding)

Director Pu Yongxiao said at the end of the article, "If cancer cells are unfortunately allowed to escape from the monitoring of the immune system and let them grow bigger, they may be ineffective. Solanin may be a powerful and effective protection factor in the human body; multiple solanum may be a better choice for health care, and this is still to be studied further."

Yes, "need further research." 17 years have passed, and this sentence is still the truth.
